How do I contact a vendor?
Vendor contact details are not public. For a question about a product or an order, open a ticket from your account — the Furnizo team takes the request and sends it to the vendor.
Where do I see my order status?
In My account › Orders. There you find the status, the order documents (invoice, AWB) and you can open a ticket for that order.
How do I return a product?
Each vendor has their own return policy, shown on the store page and before you place the order. You request a return from the order details in your account.
How do I open a store on Furnizo?
You need a Furnizo account. After signing in, use Open a store, fill in the company details and upload the documents for verification. Details in How it works.
How do I use cashback?
Cashback becomes available after the order is delivered and you can use it on a future order, up to 3% of the eligible order value. You see the balance in My account › Cashback.
