Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on Furnizo and how you can manage them.

  • Version1.0
  • Effective from
  • Last updated27 September 2026
  • Reading time~8 min

In short

  • We use strictly necessary cookies for session, CSRF security and, optionally, “Remember me” login.
  • Language preference is stored in the session, not in a marketing cookie.
  • We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • There is no marketing cookie consent banner because we do not enable those cookies.
  • You can delete cookies in your browser settings.

This summary helps you get oriented; the full text below applies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your session, preferences or login state. Similar technologies (for example browser local storage) may be used for the same purpose.

2. Why we use them

On Furnizo we use strictly necessary cookies so the platform works correctly: keeping the session, CSRF protection, authentication and, optionally, “Remember me”. Language preference is kept in the session (not in a separate marketing cookie).

3. Types we use

  • Strictly necessary / first-party: Laravel session, CSRF token (XSRF-TOKEN), “remember me” cookie if you tick that option at login.
  • Analytics / marketing: not currently enabled on Furnizo (we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, TikTok Pixel or Google Ads cookies).
  • Third-party advertising: no.

Because we do not use marketing/analytics cookies that require consent, we do not show a consent banner for those cookies.

4. Cookies on Furnizo

First-party cookies currently used
NamePurposeType
furnizo-sessionKeeps the user session (including cart, language and application state).Session / necessary
XSRF-TOKENProtects against CSRF attacks on forms and authenticated requests.Session / necessary
remember_web_*Keeps you signed in if you choose “Remember me”.Persistent / necessary (optional)

5. Duration

  • Session: session cookies usually expire when the browser closes or after the server timeout.
  • Persistent: the “remember me” cookie may remain for the period configured by the platform until you delete it or sign out.

6. How to control them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some features (login, cart, forms) may stop working correctly.

For email marketing preferences (newsletter), manage consent in your account or via the unsubscribe link in messages — these are not on-site tracking cookies.

7. Changes

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for consent before enabling them.
